So how do you find the secret to success in network marketing?
I have had person after person ask that very question time and time again. How do “I” find the secret to success in network marketing? Time after time I come back to the seven most important components for creating and finding the success in network marketing that you deserve.
See, one thing I know to be true, regardless of the company that you are in, or even the industry that you are a part of. Success leaves proven steps that will guide you on the right path. Some people consider them to be more like traits rather than steps. I let you be the judge so here goes.
1) Passion – You have to be passionate about why you are in this industry. If you have no passion behind your business, you have no reason to do it. So you better get clear on “why” you want to build your network marketing business.
2) Work - Yes I am using this four letter word, “work”. You have to be willing to work towards your dreams and goals. Without work and effort, all you have is wishful thinking. Oh, and don’t confuse work with stuff that waists your time. You must dedicate your time to the things that will create and income coming into to your home.
3) Focus - This one can be a bit tough at times for you. However you must focus on the important things that generate opportunities for you to grow your business. This goes hand in hand with work.
4) Drive – You must have the drive to push through all the crap that comes up. All the challenges, let downs, disappointments. Everything. If you do not have the stomach for any of it, save yourself the trouble and stick to your 9 – 5 job. This industry will stretch you in ways you never imagined.
5) Serve - This I feel is the biggest of them all. You must be willing to serve others in order to receive. There is no free lunch and no one will want to do business with you if there is no benefit to them in return and the only way to create the business that you dream of, is to serve others unconditionally from your heart, with no agenda.
6) Ideas - Explore different ideas on how to creatively grow your business. Try new things, share you ideas with others to get their input on how to implement them and never feel as though any idea that you have is stupid.
7) Persist - Never ever give up. You never know just how close you are to success. It’s only through your persistance that you will ever find success in network marketing or any other business.

Great post Ashley! You hit the nail on the head, there is no real secret. If we want success in network marketing we need to improve ourselves, help others and never give up.
