Product price point is essential for multi level marketing success. Part II


So did my last post leave you thinking and looking at real world situations a bit differently as to how they actually give you insight to your mlm or network marketing business?

Well, lets wrap up price points and how vital they are in order for you to have success in your mlm business.

Yesterday I left you with a question about your experience at the fitness center in our story. Were you able to see the similarities between that and your network marketing business?

Of course you did. You see there really is not much of a difference. The only thing that your friend did was recommend that you check out his gym and then let the “proven system” do the rest.

Oh, by you joining the fitness center, he received one month of his membership paid for. Not too bad for only asking you to check it out.

That’s all you should be doing in network marketing. No one wants to be sold. You know what happens when you sell someone into your business?

They either disappear or you have to go back and sell them on it month after month and that is no way of growing your mlm business.

Look at it another way, the products in most every multi level or network marketing business are very similar. Many of them are formulated the same exact way just one small variation here or there, but for the most part, they are the same and do the same things for a person.

So why such a disparity in pricing?

Why is it that you can go to one Network marketing company and purchase a bottle of “whatever” for $125.00. Then go on over to another that has the same exact product, just a slight variation in the formula and of course the packaging is different but it only cost you $95.00.

You find yet another company that uses the exact same production labs, processing line and the only thing that again changes is one more variation in the formula and new packaging again. This time you are able to purchase it for only $49.00?

Why is that?

Save you money

Stop throwing your money away and more importantly the money of your customers and friends.

How much easier do you think it will be for you to remain on auto-ship each month at $49.00 versus $125.00?

Better yet, how much easier do you think it will be to retain customers on a monthly auto-ship at the lower price?

It’s still the exact same product just a different price.

From my example at the fitness center who do you think you would have to be more like if you had to sell the higher priced product or service?

Would you rather have raving fans of your product who keeps coming back for more each month and some even decide to become distributors and join your network marketing business, or an empty address book because people have changed their phone number and are hiding from you because they felt taken advantage of?

Not really a tough choice is it?

So to rap this up, if you know that your product or service is far out of the reach of the average person. Then why are you peddling it to them?

Why alienate those around you?

Network marketing is about relationship building and the only way that you can do that is by having people trust you enough to consider you as family.

Think about that.
