Learning how to manage and decrease the amount of stress you feel is very important to your health, personal development, production and overall sense of balance in life.

Create a Realistic Picture of Your Life
How many “To-Do” list do you have running your life? How often do you get to the end of the day with a panicked feeling that you have accomplished NOTHING? Because as you look at your fancy Day-Planner or Blackberry and see your “To-Do” list still a mile long. How realistic are you being with the expectations that you are placing on yourself?
Don’t misunderstand me, I am not saying to neglect your goals and the daily action steps that you need to move them forward. I am however asking you to take a close look at the incredible stress that you may be creating for yourself by creating a list that would take the minds and bodies of three electro-physicist to accomplish in two days yet you expect yourself to hammer it out by lunch time on day one.
You need to learn to move forward what you can each day for your home based business, personal goals, and towards your greater life vision.
Attitude of the Perfectionist needs to GO
Are you like me? I have a tendency that I to this day struggle with, and that is that I have the perfectionist attitude? That means that everything that is done needs to be perfect before I release it or move forward with it. I realized two things from this.
1) I’m a moron – yep I said it, I am a MORON. In trying to be perfect, I can’t tell you how many opportunities I have missed in my life. How many ideas ended up in the final resting place of many great ideas, the “Great Idea Graveyard”. Have you heard of it? I don’t even want to begin to count up the thousands of dollars that the perfectionist attitude has caused me.
2) That what may be perfect in my eyes, that has been so delicately handled, created and designed to my perfect specifications, is NOT perfect to EVERYONE else. Oh, and the shock-wave of stress that crippled me in its production.
Let me give you the magic pill to cure this incredible disease. “GOOD IS GOOD ENOUGH”.
Yep, that’s it.
Let yourself know that “Good Is Good Enough”. If you find that something needs changing down the road, come back to it and make the change AFTER you get some results back, tested it, and actually have made some money from your home based business.
One Task at a Time
Multi-tasking may be the buzzword that we are all too familiar with, but how often don’t you find that you jump from task to task and before you know it you have five things started and NOTHING finished.
As I write this article, I allowed myself to fall victim to my A.D.D. addiction. I dropped what I was doing so that I could reply back to a text message that now, in thinking about it was not important and caused me to lose my flow for a moment.
How often do you allow things like that to happen to you?
Focus on one task at a time allowing no distractions. This will take some practice to get use to but you will find incredible results from doing it.






I like the sound of that "good is good enough".
As a member of the perfectionist society I can assure you it is not so easy to let go. Yes it can be stressful!
As we grow we idecrease our smiles day by day and have lot of things to worry about and get low about and also we have so many things on mind that we go crazy. Taking good baths and also pampering ourselves with massages is important. Taking break away from everything and socializing is also really good.
