Aren’t Your Dreams, Goals And Desires Worth It To You?

You get what you deserve from your network marketing business. You get what you are willing to put in to creating a successful network marketing business – so work for it.

I still find myself boggled by how many people feel that all they have to do is sign up to be a distributor, take ZERO action, or the action that they take is once in a while at best and expect to be set.

Huh? (as I scratch my head.)

Aren’t your dreams, goals and desires worth it to you?

Just get focused on what you want and what it is that is most important to you. You will come across people that try and squash you dream, goals and to steal your focus, it’s up to you to keep others from stealing you focus and taking your dreams.

To create the success in your life and business you want to focus on living your life in service to others, supporting, caring and showing up for them as a leader.

Just make sure that you are of serving the right people that are headed in the same direction otherwise you will find yourself sputtering out of control, investing all your time, energy and resources in someone who has no desire to succeed.

I realized a while back that I would quickly drop what I was doing in my day, tasks that were very important for me to take care of someone else because they failed to plan properly. Now their urgent and import problem became mine.

Until finally a friend of mine suggested that I stop bailing them out. His words to me were; “Someone else lack of planning does not need to become your immediate emergency.”

At first I was reluctant, but after letting it sink in, it made perfect sense. I no longer allowed someone else lack of planning to dictate what “urgent tasks” need to be taken care of and in doing so I not only gained control of my life again, but also my sanity.

The power and confidence that came from that was amazing. Today I am now more relaxed and able to focus more on what is important to me. As for everyone else, well they quickly realized that I was not going to bail them out any more and they started to prioritize their days more efficiently. Funny how that works.

Share with them that going forward things are going to need to be a little different and when you do and actually hold them accountable to that, you will see a positive shift in how they respect your time.
