So are you still spinning from my last post? Here is the deal, I will provide you all the MLM training that you need. I will arm you with the tools necessary in choosing a successful network marketing business.
At times in doing this I may rub you the wrong way, but I will always give you the honest truth. I have found that this is the best way for you to grow in this industry. fair enough?
Good, so let’s carry on.
Alright, so we are figuring out if your mlm network marketing business is:
- Built with experienced company management (in this industry).
- Built with integrity – an absolute MUST.
So far we have covered the first one and as promised, now we are ready to dive into the second.
-INTEGRITY-
This is one piece has made people rich and has also destroyed lives and organizations.
Imagine yourself slaving away at your mlm business. Going to opportunity meetings, making calls, buying leads, spending your hard earned money (There are much better ways to grow your business that I will cover later on but for now just go with me on this).
You believe so much in what you are doing that at lunch instead of going out occasionally, you vowed to only brown bag your lunch each day and most of the time your eating “Ramen Noodles” or a dried out tuna sandwich for lunch with some brown piece of lettuce.
Don’t forget your water, since soda cost adds up over the week. You do this day in and day out for about a year.
Your commitment gains you some traction and you start to see the fruits of you labor payoff. The checks that you get in the mail box are growing and growing.
Not enough to fire your boss yet, but well on your way. Inside you start filling with confidence and excitement.
You decide that today instead of the regular brown bag lunch that you have been suffering through for a year now, you are going to treat yourself to a great lunch.
I mean you decide to go all out and have a perfectly cooked and seasoned Fillet Mignon, with Asparagus and a side of melt in your mouth, garlic mashed potatoes.
Ahhh, a taste of the good life. Oh, don’t forget that wonderful tasting glass of wine. You think to yourself, “I can get use to this and soon I will have it.”
Well, your day at work is done. You’re still flying on cloud nine. You go home, get out of your car still filled with excitement from knowing that soon you will not be stuck in two hour bumper to bumper traffic.
You take a deep breath while you soak in the beautiful sunset. You look down see your newspaper that you didn’t have time to grab in the morning because you were gone to work before it was delivered.
You pick it, grab the mail and head on in. Before you can even kiss your wife she tells you to “call your sponsor right away that it’s urgent“.
He had been trying to reach you all day but you had left your cell phone at home by mistake. Probably because you were still rubbing the sleep out of your eyes that early in to morning.
You call him and he frantically asks you if you had heard the news?
Heard what?
He say “So and So – Mr Big Time, Heavy Hitter” just left the company and is taking his entire downline with him to “XYZ company”
“What?”
“What does that mean?” Well they offered him eight-million dollars to make the move.
You try to catch your breath and mumble.. “But he is one of the key guys, how, why would he do this?”
After a half hour conversation, you find out that now YOUR check that you had worked so hard to build is going to shrink to a tiny fraction of what it was. Your lunch today cost about the same as you are expecting your new check to be.
Why?
How?
One word my friend – INTEGRITY.
You ever wonder why some of the heavy hitters, the big time players go from company to company? Well this is a perfect example.
Lack of INTEGRITY.
You can also pin it on greed and ego, but in my opinion it all stems from lack of integrity.
This happens more often than you even realize. A very good friend of mine just went through this very same scenario with a very popular and well known mlm company not too long ago.
One of the “key” figures of the company was paid big time money to go from one big name company to another. If I mentioned both companies names here, you would know them.
This thoughtless action just about crippled the company that he left. Just like the example that I gave you in my last post, the “butterfly effect” of this, forced the company that he left to cut their compensation plan again.
Can you see how integrity alone, not only in how you run your personal business can affect everyone around you, but how if company management lacks integrity, it can destroy lives and leave a wake of destruction behind them.
In my next post I will give you some additional ways to research your companies management and what to look for in order to give yourself a fighting chance in this industry.

Gosh Ashley, integrity! Does it really exist? There is so much ‘stuff’ out there finding ‘trainers’, ‘coaches’ – people that are prepared to share what they know is a minefield.
What you’ve shared above has shed some light over some very ‘shady’ areas. Thank you.
Your 5 day mini bootcamp sounds interesting!!
To your success
Julie
Julie,
Yes it does exist and it starts with knowledge and the desire to create the world around us that we all deserve. Integrity is the seed from which it grows.
Live Limitless,
Ashley
You did an awesome job explaining integrity.
Hurrah for truth!
Thank you Betty – I have always believed that we are born with and die with one thing. Our integrity.

Ashley
