I hope that with my last posts covering the 5 key components you are finding some amazing tools to help you in choosing a network marketing business. If you already have one, then I am certain that these posts have helped you in discovering what you need to be doing in order to protect yourself and grow a successful mlm organization.
We left off asking a very simple question. Does your mlm companies compensation plan pay the part time builder? I even gave you a simple test that you can follow to figure out if you have a fighting chance to earn the income that you deserve while building your network marketing down-line.
It still amazes me why with some established companies it takes between 150 to 350 people to earn a simple $500.00 per month.
Remember the test that I covered?
Remember that most people build their mlm business on a part time basis. Remember that it’s not about the millionaires that are paraded across a stage. In many cases like that you really need to watch out.
Remember the movie, “The Wizard of Oz”?
At the end of the movie when Toto, starts sniffing around and finds the old man pulling levers and pushing buttons behind the curtain. His famous line was, “Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.”
Well, I am here to tell you that you need to be paying attention to the people pulling all the levers and pushing all the buttons. You must ask the tough questions to survive in this industry.
Don’t get sucked in to the smoke and mirror show that they put on. You need to remember that the people walking across the stage, being presented on the company videos or who show up in the company sponsored magazines are there to appeal to your subconscious. They are there to paint you a picture that if you just follow along you’ll be on stage too some day.
But shouldn’t your “some day” come with a compensation plan that is workable for the majority of the mlm distributors to find success?
Ask yourself this question.
How many people will it take me to earn $10,000.00 per month in true residual, recurring income? Remember, no fast start money, bonus money, top recruiter money…. nothing else but true “mail box money” month after month.
There are some companies that you would need 10,000 people in your down-line while others require you as little as 350 people to earn the same amount of money.
What would you rather do, build a recruit, recruit, recruit based business, or build relationships that last a lifetime because you can honestly give the part time network marketer a chance at owning their life?
I think the answer is pretty obvious there.
Just ask your up-line that basic $10,000 dollar test of how many people will it take to have true recurring income, “mail box money”.
Watch and see how they try and dance around this one if you are with the wrong kind of company. Listen for what they don’t say.
One of my favorites is, “Oh, why bother worrying about that? Just keep building it and your money will start coming in.” Me personally, if my up-line can not answer this simple question, man, I would run the other way.
Shouldn’t you know what your numbers are so you can plan on how you will get there?
Maybe they just expect you to leave things to chance, but in my experience, leaving things to chance will often leave you empty and without much success. You need to remember, this is your life, your dreams and your future.
So why chance it?

Thank you Ashley for this post. I always wondered why the companies i have tried out won't give me a straight answer about how many people I would need in order to make a certain amount of money. This is very frustrating. So how do I find a company where I only need 350 to make about $10,000 per month?

The post keep getting better and better with each read. You have so much good info in this post that if anyone is considering a company w/o truly investigating the comp plan, then they seriously need to go back to the 9-5 job. I would hope that they would at least download your free ebook and read for themselves how they can find a company that is for the part-timer and has the possibility to earn the 10k with minimal downline. It's still a no brainer for me! Thanks again my friend!
