Does your mlm companies compensation pay part-timers or is it a scam? Part III

Welcome back. We are on the last part of the 5 key components to choosing, creating and maintaining a successful mlm network marketing business.

In this entire series we have covered some great training on how choosing an mlm company using these components will increase your chances of success.

By following this checklist you will start growing a successful downline through attraction marketing. You will also find yourself saving years of frustration and  failure in this industry.

With that being said, let’s jump right into the very last piece. If you have missed any of the previous posts in this series, don’t worry about it. All you will have to do is click here and you will be taken right to the rest of the posts.

We left off talking about the mlm wizard and how vital it is to know how many people it will take in order for you to earn the paycheck that you deserve. All while you build it as a part-time distributor.

Remember this is about what you need in order to support your lifestyle and your family.

There are compensation plans out there that grossly underpay their network marketing distributors. I have not only seen this but I personally experienced this.

Can you believe that some companies have the audacity to pay out a measly 5% to 8% in commissions?

Oh the humanity. (humor)

So to hit your $10,000 dollar per month mark in true residual income, you need a butt load of people in your downline.

butt load of mlm people

Companies do this and get away with this because people don’t know what questions to ask, what to look for or what other options they have out there.

It’s crazy.

What ends up happening in situations like this is that the distributors are put into a recruit, recruit, recruit mindset. All this does is leave a bad taste in a persons mouth about this awesome industry. This industry is not about cattle prodding people into submission.

This industry will afford you a life that you deserve, but in order to get it, you need to be willing to do the work first. That means you must be willing to create relationships that stand the test of time. When you do this people will instantly start becoming attracted to you naturally and will want to learn more about what you do.

If you do find that the company that your with has the mindset of creating a recruit environment, I suggest running the other way and finding a new home.

One final thought. When looking at a company, make sure that a majority of your commissions must come from the product sales. If you find that they are not chances are that it’s a scam and you may want to watch out.

At the end of the day, since you’re the face out in the field, it’s your credibility on the line. Why risk loosing that when there are so many honest opportunities out there?

Maybe you were not aware of everything we covered in the series, but now you are and the choice is yours on how you want to live life. If you have found these articles before you joined any company, I am truly happy for you.

Now you know what you need to be asking in order to find success in network marketing. Now you have the missing pieces, so use them.

    Hey Ashley,

You really have a knack for this blogging stuff. I enjoy your site and its content. You do an excellent job in getting your point across and it's not pushy, arrogant or threatening. If anyone joins a company and becomes a recruit after reading your posts, they deserve exactly what they get. I know both of us will still hurt for them and will be there to help pick up the pieces. Thanks again my friend!
