Party With The “Blue” Personality In Network marketing.

So how will they perform in your network marketing business?

Remember that one person that you have as a friend or that you know through an acquaintance that is always the life of the party and is at the center of all the attention?

Chances are that they are a Blue.

Maybe it’s coming up to a big holiday weekend and you have this friend that asks you what you have planned for the weekend. Just as you finish sharing with him what you have planned out, he is telling you his master plan for the weekend and all the “fun” that he will have.

Maybe it’s tailgating before a big football game, and then taking in the fun activities at the game, followed by the ever popular after game party.

If they have kids, well let’s make sure that the activities that we have set up are fun for everyone and not just the kids.

The Blue personality has a knack for making friends quickly as long as it’s all about how much fun they will have. It’s almost as though they have an endless craving that must be fed by attention and in conversation they are open and direct.

Most of the blue personalities are in sales, entertainment or public speaking industry. Any careers where they can meet people interact and have fun doing it.

Still not sure if you can identify with who a Blue is?

Think of Robin William, Comedian/Actor. He is probably one of my favorites of all time. Or Howie Mandel, also a Comedian/Actor. Both of these two guys have so much energy.

Have you ever heard someone say, “That kid has so much energy that if you found a way to bottle it you would make a fortune?”

Well, I think these two guys actually found a way to bottle it but kept it to themselves.

If you have ever seen them in person or on a show somewhere, you will quickly find yourself magnetized by their personality. Even if you’re not in to comedy, you just can’t help the attraction towards them.

People like this are usually at the center of attention, loud in voice and fast in their movements and thinking. They tend to dress a bit more flashy, stylish or colorful.

They are not about the brand of clothes they wear but rather clothes that make a statement of “Fun, party time”.

Unfortunately their minds move so fast that it is often difficult to keep them focused on tasks that they do not find enjoyable and quickly want to move on to something else.

That is also the same way that they approach network marketing. If they feel as though they are not having “fun”, they quickly find themselves another program or company to represent.

If that one doesn’t work, well it’s on to the next one. They just jump around trying to find a place to fit in and have fun.

The great thing about blues is that they don’t care about all the little details; they instantly see the big picture. It’s keeping them on course that is the challenging part.

The major difference between a Blue and a Yellow is that the blue is all about the fun.

Share with them the cruises that the company puts on or the vacations and trips that you have been able to take because of your business. Share with them all the fun that you have had at convention and other events.

Keep it exciting ,fun and simple for them and as their sponsor you will want to help them get set up in an organized, easy to follow way. The blues are awesome people to have on your team.

In my next post I will cover the Green personalities. In the meantime, sign up for my free five day boot camp but before you do, leave me a comment below.

As always I wish you all the success in the world.
