Ah the Green personality, and how they find success in network marketing, wow where do I begin?
The Greens make up the last thirty five percent of the people that we deal with on a daily basis. They tend to be indirect and self contained in their conversations and tend to be very analytical.
Remember back towards the beginning of these posts when I said that in order for me to understand others, I first needed to understand myself? And that everything that has ever happened in my life has started with me?
Well, once I went through the four different personality types I realized that the Green personality was the one that I was most challenged with. I always found it difficult for me to get along with the greens and I could never figure it out.
Then one day it hit me like a Mack Truck.
I found it difficult because everything about the Green personality was me.
For the first time I had to stare the man in the mirror head on, realizing that the things I disliked about other Greens, were the same things that I disliked about myself.
I realized the areas that I held myself back from having the success that I desired in my life. I found that I quickly had to adapt and make some changes that would have me become the person that I am today.
What you need to understand is that Greens tend to be very systematic. They like to do things in a very calculated way. Greens are all about the facts and figures. They will do so much research about your company that they will come up with the founders’ ancestry line dating back to the Stone Age.
Alright, maybe not that far, but pretty darn close.
Most Greens are soft spoken and polite. If you ask them a question, they may take a moment to answer you because they want to make sure that they give you a precise detailed answer.
I mean they may even take their time answering you because as they answer you, they have thought of a few “key” points that they want to cover with you as well.
As a Green, we tend to think that we are the smartest people on the planet. I have found myself humbled many of time by all the different personalities who are far more intelligent than I am.
With most Greens you will want to adjust the way you talk to them. Again, the best thing you can do is mirror them and their speech pattern.
Greens will want to know every last detail about everything and anything to do with your company. Ask my wife; I insist on knowing all the facts about everything.
At times I can get on her nerves and she just tolerates my silliness. That must be the Yellow in her humoring me and nurturing our relationship.
So what’s the best way to sponsor and support a “Green” in to your network marketing business?
Come back tomorrow and I will share that and more with you. Before you go, leave me a comment below letting me know what you thought of this post.
Until them, I wish you all the success in the world.
Live Limitless,
Ashley

Great info….I cant wait for your next article.
Todd
Great post!
From another 'green's perspective, you've got it spot on.
Thanks for explaining us so well!
I look forward to your next post.
Vicki
Wow! I'm a green myself. This is great information!!
Great job Ashley. I appreciate you.

I totally agree with you all the way, identifying with the picture you are drawing..
Great job with the color and personality.
And like Kurmit would say " it's not easy to be green"… well it is now.
Thank you.
Bernard
I must say that I felt a bit queezy when I "saw myself" in the mirror you were creating. My need to have everything planned to a "T" before beginning any project has saved the day a few times, BUT… that same quality has also kept quite a few "days" from happening at all.
Illuminating the traits of the various personality types (and you do it so well) provides priceless insight to enrich not only our personal lives, but our business lives as well.
The bottom line: Celebrate YOUR strengths (no matter what "color" you are). Feed your strengths with positive thoughts, action and emotion and the weaknesses will fade so far into the distance that they will no longer affect your life. Hey, they might even cease to exist!
Brilliant conversation Ashley.
A wonderful post and very insightful.
Thank you!

Hi Ashley,
Now you're talking…Green the perfect color…
Michel
Another outstanding post on personalities. I have some green in me but I am thankful that I am what I am, as Popeye would say. It is good to know each personality color in order to communicate better. It is also good to know your own color first, as you have so well stated. Thanks again for your insight!
