Celebrate Your Independence Day.

Today we celebrate our independence. It was 233 years ago that as a nation, we stood up against the injustices that that we felt were being perpetrated against us and took our future into our own hands. Since then many fortunes have been made, many opportunities have been cast out of the fires and many times over, people have died with their music still inside them.

Today we celebrate our independence, united to the celebrate a tremendous milestone that took place 233 years ago and since then, we have had hero’s lay down their lives to afford our nation the freedoms that we so blatantly take for granted. Today we have hero’s that stand guard in far off lands, never knowing if today will be their last breath as they protect our freedoms that many of us overlook.

independence day

It’s because of the men and women that stood up for us 233 years ago, and for the men and women that stand up for us today that we have the endless stream of opportunities that we have today.

There is one question that I have for you.

“What are you doing with your life each day to honor those individuals that went before you and laid down their lives so you can have the opportunities that you have today?”

Ask yourself this question.

“Am I living my life and playing the music that lies deep inside my heart, or am I going to be one of those people that take their music to their grave for fear of stepping out to embrace the opportunities they have been given?”

Don’t take your music to the grave with you. The graveyards are overflowing with unopened and untapped dreams, music that was never played and opportunities that never hatched.

My wish for you on today is that you play your music to the fullest. That you embrace your independence and grab hold of your life so that you can leave this world a better place for generations to come.

Even if you do not celebrate independence day as we do in the U.S., today can mark your personal independence by standing up for your life and believing in your dreams. It just takes one musical note at a time for you to own your life and live your dreams.

Freedom

Enjoy your independence day and mark this, the first day of the rest of your life.
