I’m unfamiliar with “sponsoring up” but it is something that I think I need to apply to my business life. I tend to end up with networking with people who are at my same level or not quite doing as well as I am and I think that is because I like helping people. I know there is nothing wrong with this but since I am not at the successful point I would like to be at yet I think I need to find more people to ‘sponsor up’ with in order to move to the next level.

Great post Ashley! You hit the nail on the head, there is no real secret. If we want success in network marketing we need to improve ourselves, help others and never give up. The power of positive thinking is immeasurable but I think you should also protect yourself and your feelings by being realistic. Optimism helps people strive and work things out to the best of their ability so it does not just involve thinking but also action. Sometimes, bend a little and look on the negative side of things. In short, be rational.
