Who Is Ashley Bolivar?
First let me start by thanking you for stopping by my site. I consider it a privilege that you decided to learn more about me. But more importantly, that you have decided to do something different to build a successful network marketing business.
Who am I? Well, Let me first tell you that I am not some self appointed Guru who is here to sell you the latest and greatest products, gimmicks or tricks in hopes to build your network marketing business. I am not here to promise you a boat load of money and tell you that you will be an overnight success.
I’m a proud Father of four amazing kids that are my inspiration for the air that I breathe each day. I’m married to the most incredible and powerful women that I have even known and together we are a bit of a “Dynamic Duo” (yes I am biased towards my wife).
I have failed more time than I can shake a stick at. You can say that I grew up a bit different than most kids. My parents sacrificed everything they had, and did the very best that they could to provide an opportunity to my three brothers and me once they moved us to the United States from Colombia.
Now I see that it was through their incredible willingness to give us a better future that I have learned to be resilient and determined. As I grew older, I realized that every challenge no matter how great, there was always a lesson and opportunity wrapped up in it.
I can certainly say that I never saw the silver lining behind some of those storm clouds and many time it seemed more like a monsoon.
I found my refuge in sports, consistently playing soccer, football, wrestling (no not the jump off the top rope kind) and I even took a stab at cross country (run Forrest run!).
After having faced so many challenges and after consistently working on improving “me” from the inside out, I have found success in everything that I do.
I know that’s a pretty bold statement, especially being the only child of four brothers who did not obtain a college degree. In my early years I was considered your run of the mill “blue-collar worker”. I spent a summer working at UPS… ugh that was rough.
I then ended up working on several different loading docks in different warehouse type environments so I can truly appreciate the back breaking work that so many people go through on a daily basis. I never found any contentment in physical labor so I lunged myself into the incredible world of sales. Ahh I can still taste the Ramen Noodles that I so frequently ate as I learned my craft.
I’ll save you all the little details, but I can certainly say that I have had a number of sales jobs that I did very well at and some that was a flat out failure.
After having spent over eight years of my life in Mortgage Banking, doing well and climbing the ranks to VP of Mortgage Lending with one of the largest companies here in the Chicago area.
I thought that I had arrived. However, when I “arrived” I took a profound look around me and I quickly realized that I had climbed the ladder that was up against the wrong wall.
The timing of that eye-popping event quickly had me seeing things clearly for the first time. Soon after that, the company went through some internal restructuring and I was asked to step down from my role.
Even though this was a tough pill to swallow I felt as though it was incredible blessing. I was at a crossroads in my life and I knew that I needed a change. That’s when I embraced the network marketing industry.
Here I have been able to do things that are more in alignment with who I am and my personal belief structure. I quickly sought out some of the biggest names in the industry to soak up as much knowledge as humanly possible.
I grabbed on to every word that they shared, filtered out what I felt was irrelevant to me and created a successful network marketing business. One of the biggest differences that I have noticed in me and my style is that I am a hands on Network Marketing Coach.
There are far too many people out there that claim to be Mentors, Gurus and Experts. I on the other hand claim to be one thing, a “Coach” that continues to grow and learn. Everything that I show people has been tested and proven to work successfully.
As new forms of media present themselves, I dive into them and dissect them first, create a marketing system around it and then after testing it out, I share the information openly. Isn’t that the responsibility of a “Coach”?
Shouldn’t the people that a Coach is responsible for have someone who is evolving and learning along side with them instead of dishing out some old regurgitate information that no longer works the way it once did?
One of my favorite all time places to visit is Maui… ahhh, I can hear the rolling waves right now and feel that incredible sun. Although I am a native here to Chicago while I Coach my sons travel soccer team, my heart shares a love for Steamboat Colorado especially in the winter when we can go and ski.
